The Telegraph reports that Newcastle United manager Eddie Howe is one of the frontrunners to replace Gareth Southgate as England manager.

Southgate had just led the Three Lions to the Euro 2024 final. But suffered a 2-1 defeat to Spain on Sunday night, with his future uncertain as his contract expires in December.
